Booking & Payment
To reserve your appointment, a valid card is required at the time of booking.
Full payment is collected at booking to secure your time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: no charge
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of the service fee
No-shows: 100% of the service fee will be charged
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next client’s time.
The full session fee will still apply.
